My attempt at making rolled cake. Yet again I fail and you'll see why below.
I don't exactly have much clue of what I did wrong. I was supposed to "add butter" to the yellow part of an egg (which I easily separated from the egg white) but it didn't say whenever it was supposed to be floating butter or not. I decided to melt the butter because otherwise it would have been very problematic to make the white inside of the rolled cake. Once again I'm the victim of bad recipes. Perhaps when I gain enough experience I will be better able to grasp when a recipe is bad or good.
Also, while it tasted fairly sweet it sweet the filling did hurt my teeth when eating it (but I got pretty bad teeth).
